I refuse to text, join Facebook, Twitter etc, but I do emails via cell on my terms. In other words, if I get a beep indicating I have a new email, I will log in to see who it is from and either read/reply right then or wait til later when home. Same goes for a call...if the caller is not in my contact list I will not answer and if it's someone I don't want to or cannot talk to at the moment, let it go to voice mail.

I have my own manual NUNCHI...lol.

Cell phone edicate is a growing concern...just ask INTEL.
