My only question is, why now?

What was the driving force to motivate Fred to make that move? Perhaps she had a better offer and to keep her they had to sweeten the deal, but given all the unemployed talent availabe, I doubt she played that card, but you never know.

I prefer to think they are anticipating significant new business via the Nunchi project and are now at the ready. However, with Fred's raise last year, no new business followed.

Perplexing but a non-event, imo.

Now how about a Nunchi deal or an update from Nunally?
