With what kind of math are options at 0.022 out of the money if the current price is 0.0272? Not that they are going to be exercising anytime soon to make coffee money, but at least then the story would be straight. And in this general economy, not Edig specific, people should be thankful and motivated enough just being employed. I say grant options and or give bonuses based on performance and merit. Under that scenario I would be glad to have them earn EXTRA money.
