It's the principle, the $.022 should be earned on performance. If they get a positive reexam, begin new lawsuits with much better settlements and market nunchi, then I would applaud them and would feel good about any options, salary increases etc., but only if the share price increased to justify those changes.
They tend to forget about the shareholders, even options are subsidized by the shareholders from more outstanding shares, part of the eps equation.
The options expired because the market price was lower than their option price, kind of stupid to buy at higher amounts.
Also, we have never seen any support from the BOD as I don't believe any have ever purchased any option shares of any significance.
