I believe that the company/Fred has said that they are keeping Nunchi under wraps so as to protect it from the big high tech bullies on the playground. Edig has had it's nose bloodied in the past. It is also my understanding that they can only keep it under wraps for 18 months from the filing dates of the patents. Therefore, it is a waste of time to complain about a lack of transparency from the company until after that day arrives. If after the 18 months we get substantive information about Nunchi, then Fred has not been lying to us even if he has not been able to monetize it by then. He says it is being worked on. He has not said that it will make the company money. If, after the 18 months there is no communication or detailed explanation then the carrot and the stick concept starts to come to mind. If someone knows the filing dates for the Nunchi patents please post them so we all know when to expect communication from the company. It is my personal belief that the outcome of the re exam is more important than what Nunchi is right now. Maybe that will change at some point in the future, maybe not.
