1) It's been in development for approx 1 year.

2) They mentioned during the webcast discussions with potential partners had been done.

3) Stated at SHM multiples demos had been done.

4) CES they stated that discussions and/or demos in private were accomplished.

Certainly they have had time to show the main features of the concept to all of these potential customers.

The question is why hasn't anyone stepped up and signed a contract? Maybe there hasn't been enough interest in what they are developing. Maybe they didn't ask the market about future needs in this area of marketability.

Lets not forget the up front money they spent on the upgraded IFE system only to shelf the idea. Is this happening again?

I have my doubts that it will be successful, we have had a year of discusssions and no takers.

If they want to convince shareholders of the success probability of this venture, they should provide updates and evidence of it's being real; the patents involved in this concept would be a start.
