Nunally commands a decent hourly rate for his consulting and other activity on an as needed basis. Since he was named Mar 14 on the CC to "guide the Inno Grp" and has assigned the NUNCHI patent apps to the company, then the attorney fees, patent filing fees, assumed office actions requiring his response, I'm wondering this.....
A full prior art search was done and on EDIG's nickle, a separate firm...not DM, so what might that expense be? Why go beyond this point if NUNCHI is nothing new? How about ongoing attorney fees, then Nunally's cost from begining to completion? What other misc costs associated with this effort such as presenting it to prospective partners...travel expenses etc? At the SHM they stated having done multiple demos...and ditto behind closed doors at CES we were told in the last report....
If NUNCHI was "nothing" why bother? Why burn cash? This is not a question to you, just using your post/thoughts to express a few points to all.
I'm betting on item 1.
