A great post , but unfortunately it is based on the agora rules. I wish we could change some of the rules, but I won't debate that point.

I post based on the premise that if I were in charge of the company or owned the company my posts would reflect what I would say to the BOD or management or all of the employees. I try to abide by the rules and keep my personal comments to a subtle style, but that can be difficult.

An investor should think as though he was in charge of the company and what he would say to the employees to move forward and make sure the shareholders are satisfied with the company strategies and policies. The goal is to make a profit and provide a reasonable return to the shareholders, the number one priority.

That's how I managed my responsibilities in the business world. Telling it like it is is not positive or negative, it's a matter of fact.
