Even without seeing this, when we went after ipod/iphons/ipads I knew there had to be something much more to the editing/insert/integrity because I started saying we could apply this across the board now, not just to Apple. Now that RAM is included the 'all system componets' is whole new ballgame...

I do see what you're saying, but reember Woodies testimony and this from 34:

''The ’774 patent reexamination history is replete with references to the presence of RAM being used in the claimed invention to support microprocessor operations. ''

replete means saturated, filled or well supplied.

The PTO reexam personel almost are saying the judge screwed-up imo.

but it will be interesting to see what happenes and even if it's not proactive there's still billion/billions to be made on nand and i'd expect royalties.
