Plaintiff is directed to select no more than five ( 5 ) claims.
February , 11 , 2014 , the parties simultaneously file their
Responsive claim construction briefs.
Each side”s opening and responsive brief shall cover all the claimterm sought to be construed and shall not exceed 35 Pages in length.
On February 14 , 2014 at 1 : 30 PM the court will hold a joint telephonic conference to discuss the parties intended presentations at the claim construction hearing including any Tutorial and testing.
The claim construction hearing will be held on March , 11 and 12 , 2014 at 9 AM. The court shall hold a joint case management conference at the end of the claim construction hearing. Counsel shall come prepared to discuss trial dates and case managementdates leading up to trial.
