774 was mutually dismissed with respective burdens from the SNDK case...
With that, things came to a closure with regard to 774 without SNDK having a partial judgement agreement (no 54b issue for them).... And as for, doc 53, filed prior to the dismissals ..."Notice of joinder to stay proceeding pending 774 appeal" serves what purpose, I have no idea, 774 is a dead issue for them in the current case.
