All I can say is, I have my focus....regardless of all the disheartening sentiments.

I've understood this issue from the get go, including all the years of public sentiment both pro and con.

For me, I have nothing but the best respect for the legal team and management.

I understand the circumstances, and I'm man enough to take it on the chin, if I have to....as the legal team and management will have to do....if they have to.

There are no guarantees here, or anywhere else for that matter.....with that, my focus is not on the PPS.

My last vent for 2013 and I'm ready for 2014..... if I have to.
