My consideration of this whole mess...
For the mire of existing platforms I mentioned earlier...the owners of those platforms do not want to make the e.Dig share holders rich....lol
IMO, they recognize the company, however, they refuse to recognize us....That thought considered even if they sit on stock purchased in the open market....
If I were a company targeting Edig, I would have purchased all I could get on the cheap ...just like Disney did in FLA. All purchased under different entities below thresh hold filing responsibilities in total secrecy....and then when necessay combine it all togeter and report it for voting rights.
When a company bids for e.Digital, IMO, It already holds a bunch of the company...the bid, if excepted, goes right back into their pocket.
IMO, if someone bids, they're going to get it at the best price excepted...with a game plan already having been executed.
We have no idea of who owns e.Digital stock
