In the end, it's about maximizing return, and one of the bigs buying Edig, no matter how they might go about it, will not maximize a return....all they will accomplish is diluting the tech....as no one will pay attention to a theoretical Intel buying e.Digital....as it all ends with one number.
IMO, It's all a waste, unless e.Digital stands on its own merits.
