I agree.

It does feel like it's "now or never" on several fronts.

Such as ( for the first time) receiving meaningful settlements for EDIG's flash infringement efforts and most importantly, the securing of M-S and/or licenses that haven't first been driven by the filing of a law suit or court action.

I remain optimistic, however.

It much more feels like " now" than "never".
