FYI--the basics of the deal with Handal is 2/3 to Edig, 1/3 to Handal, Handal gets $30,000 per month but Handal must re pay Edig out of their 1/3 for all the months of $30,000 payments. Splitting yes, but not at all a bad deal and is better than the one with DM.
