The term “social template” should be construed as “data structure associated
with a social hierarchy and one or more social signatures.” This is the broadest
reasonable interpretation of the term, is the construction agreed to by the parties in
the related District Court case (see Ex. 2003), and is the construction adopted by
this Board in two related reviews (see Case Nos. IPR2015-01471 at p. 7 and
IPR2015-01475 at p. 8).
Wow, if that be the case, things have been happening without being noticed on the docket.
