IMVHO, it's not about prior art any more....at least not that which was produced.

Thing is, we are not going to be able to follow along.....as prosecution files are not being filed.

IPR's IPR2015-01471 and IPR2015-01475 have been progressing all along...yet the only issue updated to their respective dockets was this recent doc 15 response to IPR IPR2015-01470.

I would venture to say, the other three IPRs have progressed in cloaked fashion as well.....with the same Williams issues.

Looks like nothing is going on, however, a lot is going on.

This response starts the IPR2015-01470 prosecution.... the mother ship.
