She should be required to recuse herself from any case that includes Google or any of its subsidiaries, in all fairness. If not, would be good grounds to appeal any ruling, IMO--although the last thing that we need is to continue dragging this thing out. It would be naive to believe that she could be totally impartial and she is the boss of the whole process so those working under have her to answer to. Wow.
