She does not have to recuse herself .... that's the set up....she over sees subordinates.....the panel of judges are subordinates...if she, as the USPTO director is to sit over PTAB cases.

man O man, there's a ton of conflict of interest going on here....within a legal atmosphere...if one considers it a legal atmosphere...IMO, its not....we have a formal judicial system( having its own conflict issues) being pushed aside by a government agency....and that is all it is, an agency.

IMO, the country is doomed top to bottom....and there's nothing anyone can do about it.
