What's amazing is all this AIA stuff started when e.Digital was about to flex its muscle.....and now we face one of the prominent perpetrators directly.
Where GOOGLE is not the only benefactor here....if ruled in a positive way.
The Robart's patent belongs to MSFT and if found to be in combination with Miluzzo a codified prior art issue through AIA efforts....MSFT wins. Where MSFT can/will then charge GOOGLE...as GOOGLE, apparently, owns nothing.
What puzzles me ...why would GOOGLE want to put MSFT in the drivers seat?
The political action here is really bizarre
Who is really to be beat here e.Digital or MSFT?
Its really hard to say if e.Digital benefits or is killed. Would Google want to kill something that may be better than the MSFT stuff needing a combo package with Miluzzo?
It would be most beneficial if we succeed under AIA...MFST and others would not have a leg to stand on..but, wow....it's all mind boggling...one way or the other.
There's no way to approach it analytically.
FWIW
