PTAB's Latest Granted Motion To Amend Helps Patent Owners

It's a case by case approval...over patents that have already been granted.

It should be a given ....not an approval....as the PTO granted the patent in the first place...where some poor slob may extended him or herself on the patent after it was published.

IMO, this is way e.Digital is not extending itself on the new platforms formally, it has no patents yet. You can't extend until you know you own something....

IMO, more are beginning to realize this madness.
