dilution of the remaining shares authorized a long time ago...?
2) I owned egghead stock a long time ago and at one point when I was worried about the ability of the company to continue , I contacted the head of the company by e-mail... The response was anything but negative and and was full of positive comments...
shutdown a few months later...
