That is fine Ute, however the risk of loss and uncertainty wording is part of the boiler plate stuff that the attorneys insist on including to protect everyone involved. The CEO talking of future possibilities and using the positive word "confidence" reminds me more of the Nero concept. I would be very happy to eat these words.
