A couple months ago I emailed Fred and stated that I thought I basically understood the process with Nunchi, the one license, the suits, the IPR trying to validate the patents. Not that we would prevail or not, just that I could see where we were headed. So I said to him, isn't there anything that you could tell the stock holders regarding Micro Signet? The base patent is coming up on it's third birthday and we have had a minute amount of info to this point. He responded to my email stating that he would "consider" sharing some info. If not in the annual Q then when?
