Now, as shareholders, we have ONE MORE PIECE of the PUZZLE in place.. there is a GOOGLE SETTLEMENT. Thank you SMAN for this information. Although, we may not know the details of this settlement for awhile. We do know that there is a SETTLEMENT> ;-)
If it wasn't for PACER, PTAB, and other sources of legal information that we are privy too, we would not have a clue as to what is going on with our investment. Think about it.??? We have dedicated shareholders on this board to thank for passing this information along to us... if we waited for FRED & Company to decide if we neeed to know this information, we might be waiting for awhile. In their defense, some of the information is confidential, but some of it is not. I appreciate the NEWS BLIPS we do get from FRED. His hands are tied in some respect... its up to HANDAL, is the way I understand it.
So, I have questions.....
- Is saying we have a SETTLEMENT with GOOGLE the same as DISCLOSING the arrangment? I would say not, but I am not a legal guru.... just an old salt that's waiting for his ship to come in.
- Does the IPR continue until all defendants have been heard from? There are a couple of defendants still in the running.... a better legal mind than mine needs to chime in... PLEASE.
So, in closing, I want to "THANK" the fellow SHAREHOLDERS and members of this forum for sharing this valuable information with us. It has definately been a TEAM EFFORT.
We actually have a chance to take advantage of this information before NEWS is rendered to the masses. If one would preceive it that way. I for one, am going to take advantage of this news.
