Plaintiff e.Digital Corporation and Defendant ArcSoft, Inc. jointly request that the current briefing and hearing schedule on Plaintiff’s motion to transfer venue [D.I. 19] be extended as set forth below. The parties had an Early Neutral Evaluation Conference on May 8, 2015, where they reached settlement in principle. The parties are working on finalizing the settlement terms. The case currently has a Status Conference/Case Management Conference set for June 1, 2015 regarding the status of settlement and case management dates.
