It looks like is having its day, the fed speak about......A negative interest rate means the central bank and perhaps private banks will chargenegative interest: instead of receiving money on deposits, depositors must pay regularly to keep their money with the bank.

I for one will not pay banks to keep my money, I will be buying gold and silver instead.
