And just to be clear- there really are law suits- that have been pursued on our behalf as shareholders- without our knowledge or permission or benefit- and in fact- the existence of which has been specifically- and probably illegally- denied in company documents. I'm not able to locate the specific posts, but it was requested of me that I provide documentation of their existence. VP has kindly provided that documentation with his usual thoroughness and so I refer you to his post of 3/20/20 11:20 am which lists the court docket numbers and the court in question. It appears that one has to actually go to the courthouse to see the actual documents- but there is an extensive official listing of those documents- (you can find them by going to the Arizona Superior Court Pima County Clerk and looking at the Public Record Search either by name or by using the docket numbers provided by VP)- listing Liberty Star Uranium and Minerals Co vs James Briscoe in a long list of typical legal proceedings- including queries and answers and various exhibits, etc.
