That I would call a Felony Theft or Executive misconduct with intentional malice (malfeasence lacking professional conduct/ethics set aside).  That a LAWYER is not supposed to brake any laws State Local or Federal Juris, and is accountable for any such putups coverups or other effects to occur from such deeds which shall rise to a Criminal level. Which, that is what appears to have happend and is happening here to Mr. James Briscoe from what I am hearing(?) !
