You're just new to this project, but I can tell you, this is the closest to signing the Development Agreement. It has been a long process, and has progressed where the DA could be signed in September. We can certainly see the end of the tunnel and it looks good. This stock ought to start taking off with this news. It's better than a name change, when it went to $4.95.
