Multi-Billion Dollar Agreement Signed With Oman
Theoretically, it SHOULD push the stock up by at least $14 to reflect increased book value per share. Once the DA is signed, various funding triggers by various parties ... get triggered. The whole thing starts to move forward with uncharacteristic speed as the signing of the DA is the last item involving governmental approval. The private sector then kicks in.
It's been a long time since I did the math, but the book value should jump dramatically. Once investors realize that, one would think there would be a rush to buy. Theoretically, that is. Then the focus should be on the present value of anticipated future cash flows and how that translates into bv/share. But that calculation is highly dependent upon market perception of Omagine's success in marketing units, etc., etc. . But it adds to the value.
