Thanks for the analysis. Regarding who will buy; once listed index funds, splits create larger share base that would appeal to instituional investors. I once owned stock that had a smaller float that OMAG, it was bought out buy a private equity fund stock split four times.

As to dailt price slipage : a it closed higher than previous days , and I would suspect profit taking.
