Who said anything about pump and dump? warrantless bob is on track, I'm not sure where you are. Dave needs to replace her with someone with a fire in their belly, someone who takes initiative. That would mean, doing some research finding the holders of the company, I believe it was Ritchfield, who was taken out earlier this year. Reach out to the larger holders of that company, Pilot Gold, Treasury Metals, LSG, etc. Reach out to the media, Globe & Mail. Reach out to industry experts, etc. Yes, even before you have a 43-101, so that when you have it, the group actually knows who Probe is.

You want to wait for due course, look at Augen Gold. Their stock was puttering around and now Trelawney is making an bid to take them over, and for peanuts. Managment is trying to fend them off. Heads up, funds like Scotia, have voted in favor of the deal.... have you figured out who else Scotia has an investment in, come on Inspector Clouseau (you at least have the mustache) A poster recently pointed out, and I wholeheartedly agree, the stock of Probe should be trading at $3-4/share right now. Someone could easily come in with a $5 bid for the whole company, including Black Creek, and if enough of the investor community votes in favor then the company is gone forever.

Probe needs to spend some $$ and get assistance in EDUCATING the gold stock buyers and media about Probe Mines Ltd.

1) there are thousands of mineral companies exploring and many with garbage properties, but their stocks trade volume and appreciate in price. Probe is currently drifting in the sea with them.

2) Probe is still known as a nickel/copper/chromite exploration company to many.

3) If the stock trades so thin, and large funds want to buy in, they will be turned off by the inability to buy into a position without taking the stock up too much. Funds want to invest in stocks that trade.

A barometer of how good a public/investor relations person is how tight the spread of the stock is and the average volume of the stock. Probe's spread has been as wide as fifteen cents, and usually five cents. She must go, or start working to move the ball forward.
