I have to agree with you about karen... On the other hand I think the rest of the BOD are pretty close to dead wood!

Are they doing anything to advance the company shareholder value? Or are they just chair warmers at meetings? I haven't ever heard one comment about how any other director is working on some other aspect to help Dave out.
