This is correct - nobody mention pump and dump, BUT PRB isn't resticted from informing the investment community about our properties. AND, if investors know the 43-101 is just around the corner, this will move the SP. There would be nothing wrong with our investor relations aprising large individual shareholders of other miners about PRB.
