I thought we should have at least one PO this month. That's the only thing that is going to have a positive affect on the sp at this point. It looks to me like we have a real problem with MSHA - no PO's likely means no enforcement. Without that, we're sunk. Let's hope there is some pressure on them and they begin to move. Let's also hope there is a news article or two advertising their incompetence - maybe embarrassment will make them do their job.
