What I would like to know is why we were getting orders prior to June 15 and now nothing - no one is getting anything. What's the holdup? And where does MSHA stand on all this? I'm surprised the unions aren't demanding action or the families of those who died in the last big accident or the administration who put the new rules in place. It seems to me we should be seeing something very soon.
