great letter tone, nicely written and I hope we can garner some answers. At least it's a start in the right direction. I have assumed that if any negotiations were underway to purchase from ACT they would take place after the new year and we wouldn't be likely to see anything until February. I hope it won't take much longer than that but it seems most things take longer than you think they will.
