Since they say "most" are installing their systems but at the same time none of the companies out there are reporting PO's what is going on. I would think that receipt of a PO would be something that would have to be reported. Anyone here know if this is not the case? It looks to me like there should be a flurry of PO's in the near future or at worst we will have to wait until installations are complete if PO's are held back until then. I wish I knew the rules on what must be reported and when. I can't think of any reason ACT or any other company would be holding back news like this, especially in our present circumstances. I guess we should keep our eyes open for insider buying.
