Gismo claimed here a few weeks back that the $1.5 million has already been arranged although we don't know for sure that he has definitive information. My guess is YA Global has had enough fun (and made enough money) in this one and wants to move on. I guess we will find out soon enough if Cardio wants to use the JAGH shell to go public badly enough to bail YA Global out on this one! All IMHO, of course.
