Unfortunately, wasting shareholder money has never seemed to be a major concern of management since they have paid themselves handsome salaries for years for doing nothing of ultimate value for those same shareholders. Let's all hope that at least this "acquisition" (as it is being called on RB) is completed so at least their gravy train will transition to someone else!
