Yes, the two executives and YA Global have pocketed lots of shareholder money with little results to show for it except a growing list of potential reverse merger partners that keep walking away and lots of fat legal bills for the supposed crack legal team that gets to work on each of those failed mergers. 70 million shares issued over the years for lots of dollars to trusting stockholders and there is no money left in the till. The SEC should investigate all right, but it seems that naked short selling may not be the only potential crime here!
