bobert, I am not the scummer. I was totally honest with Agora in January when they ask me to help with this forum.

My answer was:

Thank you for your invitation.
There are two problems with this appointment as far as I can see.

1.English is my second language so my writing may not be up to your standard.

2. I sold all my CLL shares in July. I still have a position in CLL convertibles.
This company is in serious trouble (high ratio of consolidated interest expenses to cash flow).
If the OIL price will not improve dramatically before Q4/2009 we may not need this CLL forum.

If this is OK with you I can try for few months until you will find somebody more qualified.

We do however feel that your contributions within this particular forum to be of the highest standard and a few of your fellow peers have referred us to you as the right person for this role.

In contrary to some negative posters my reports were always more positive then the reality presented later on by CLL management.

Do you feel that realistic assessment cannot assist the board with useful info?
