Let's be clear to everyone here. The POSTER that you're referring to uses the violation method as that's the only recourse the poster has. The POSTER in question was issued a warning from Agoracom that the Hub Leader can only be asked a question once and a topic cannot be repeated. If the poster pressed an issue it would be considered a violation and the Poster would be removed. ( Now that's censorship)

SO the POSTER is censored The Hub Leader can say whatever he wants with impunity, while the poster is restricted by threat of removal.THEREFORE the posters only recourse against an often abusive Hub Leader is to report violations. The fact that only 1 reported violation was removed indicates the direction the board wants to take.
