Again agree with you on most points... Yes there are many shareholders that bought in around $4 but are there enough of them to vote against a takeover bid? Also with institutions buying up shares like crazy who knows at what percentage they'll stop...

Big companies do like big projects, but foreign and intermediate size companies looking get in on the action may have other ideas...

Either way, this is all hypothetical as CLL will not be sold.. I'm pretty certain that the board wouldn't even consider it for a long time to come.... Let''s be realistic. CLL will never be given the credit it's due until the project is complete, only then when all is said and done will SP be an accurate reflection of either it's achievements or failures.
