Being that CLL knows the inside workings of PDP (since they run the company)I believe CLL did good by putting more cash into PDL . Buy and expand when things are low as when they start to move you should see a big difference in SP .

Oil just has to only stay where it is now for CLL to do great , and any increase in oil price is bonus . I just dont see Arabs giving their non renewable resource for less .

A mid cap company with growth insite is gonna do just fine as it looks like the trek back up in price has started and I think we should see a break above a dollar soon . Long time holders of CLL when it was around $4.00 should happy soon especially if they lowered their average .
