CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
The 4 year clause? Read through that contract over and over....its nowhere in there and to this day no one has been able to provide a piece of documentation. I think maybe Ill call management and see what their thoughts on this are.
The 4 year clause is in the agreement between Teck and Liard. Until the Feasibility is delivered and we own the Teck interest in Liard (about 80%) we are not a party to that contract and therefore it is not available for us to review. That is why we do not have the documentation. It probably won't matter in the end anyway since we likely will sell our ownership in Liard back to Teck and they can do what they want with the contract.
