CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
CUU is the one completing the Feasibility, they have the control to say ''it's finished'' or ''we still need to tweak it.''
So if CUU doesn't get what they want from Teck, out comes the Feasibility on Tecks table, Teck must then transfer it's 78% Liard interest (control) to CUU at that moment and the pressure is on Teck to pick a back in % and earn it or take a hike.
If Teck is open for discussion (negotiation) then CUU can keep tweaking the feasibility until the agreements are concluded.
Don't be fooled by the big bad Teck (remember David and Goliath)...
Others need this resource...
Copper Fox has total control over the situation at this point.
