CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
The main reason was teh transfer of teh Liard I am sorry Vette but I don’t agree with this. You make it sound like they don’t want us at all.
I'm not saying they don't want us, I'm saying they don't want the Feasibility out, and will buy us out before.
The main reason is the transfer of control upon Feasibility
And the secondary reasons are all very valid.
Attracting competitors = bidding war
Force back in = Forced to pick (20%, 40%, 75%) under 120 days
Start spending expenditure money (300 million +): See prospecks post

They must spend every penny before they can earn their interest back, they have no control during that period.
Finance CUU 100% until production is on.
They must bring us to production in under 4 years, I don't care if Elmer told you they can extend it, CUU could also decide not to extend it.
Did you see Teck helping CUU out in 2009 before Ernesto rescued us...NO. This is business.
